THE WIRED LAB is an artist led organisation evolving interdisciplinary art practices in rural Australia. We create opportunities for the research, production and presentation of projects that connect international and local artists with communities in new ways. Our curated programs and projects involve artists working from a regional context whilst producing outcomes of local and global relevance. Our activities range from skills development for young people, seniors, emerging and mid career artists, to the creation, presentation, publication and promotion of new works and major live arts projects.

WIRED OPEN LABS – 2021 FESTIVE SEASON WORKSHOP FUN

WELCOME to the 2021 WIRED OPEN LABS workshop series. Throughout 2021 our workshop program will be released seasonally and we are pleased to be ending 2021 with three workshops of festive fun! At each workshop you will learn new skills, whilst meeting like-minded people, and enjoying delicious snacks and refreshments.

This year we were pleased to offer a group booking discount, where any booking of four or more to a workshop automatically receives 10% off the ticket price. We are also offering a BUSHFIRE SUBSIDY PROGRAM which provides free places to residents, front line and support workers impacted by the Dunns Road Bushfire.

The Wired Lab is registered with the NSW Government’s ‘Dine + Discover’ program, with NSW residents entitled to 2 x $25 ‘discover’ vouchers that can be used towards our workshops. We continue to offer ‘Creative Kids’ $100 vouchers, and PD opportunities for NSW Teachers. Further information about these initiatives and others such as gift vouchers and accessibility can be found below the workshop listings.

The Wired Lab is a not-for-profit company and registered charity, your support of our workshop programs contributes towards our mission to provide a range of community and cultural development opportunities for regional communities.

BOOKINGS are essential for all workshops with places filling fast. For more information about each workshop and to book tickets click on the links embedded within the workshop title below.
